Employease is a

technology pioneer offering an increasingly complex set of web-enabled human resource services. Building on ten years of growth, the company needed a succinct way to claim its leadership position, reach larger clients and position itself for an IPO.

OUR SOLUTION: Extensive internal and external interviews uncovered strengths Employease didn’t even know it had, such as the extent to which customers viewed Employease as a partner more than just another vendor. Through our work, we helped our client realize that they were literally redefining the industry. Hence the new tagline, “Employee Information Management. Redefined.”

THE RESULTS: With the new tagline and messaging and a fresher look and feel to its materials, Employease took its message on the road to outstanding results. They rolled out the new brand strategy in conjunction with a successful marketing campaign designed to reach larger prospects.
